Leigh Meadows Apartments

I just completed the application process in November and I was approved for 2 bedroom 2 bath for my daughter and me. I haven't been offered a unit yet, as there are none yet available. Mia Warren is who helped me and she is fantastic! I can't wait to receive a unit. Hopefully it will be soon because our present living situation is hell, but I know that life's timing is up to a higher power. At least being approved for a unit is a glimmer of hope & a light at the end of what has been a very long & dark tunnel. Fingers crossed for good news soon! If you hate smoke, trash, loud, "hood" people with unruly kids, baby daddy drama, and trashy, bug-toting, herb-smoking people to live near you, this is not the place for you. Management doesn't enforce rules. They figure everyone should just deal with it because of their financial status. Not all low income families live like wild animals who litter everywhere, tag buildings, set fires, walk around with pit bulls with no leashes, smoke anything in the breezeway where smoke enters your apartment, make loud noises, run in and out and up and down the stairs all day and night, play loud music from their cars, gather in gangs in the common areas and leave trash all over the place. Some people just don't know how to elevate. They should stay in areas of the town where that is acceptable. It's not discriminatory to deny you access to a better environment when you live with no regards for others. It should be motivation to change for the better. Why does management let people bring down the property value? Stop allowing "hood" folks to ruin good things for everybody!!!
